2013 Graduates of the Goodwill Primary School

81 proud students of the Goodwill Primary School have taken their last walk as they celebrate a new milestone in their lives.

The graduation and prize giving ceremony was held on Thursday 4th of July, under the theme “discipline determines your destiny.”

Amy Augustine, received the Valedictorian award and received prizes in three subjects, Language Arts, Mathematics and Social Studies, she also obtained a scholarship in the grade six national assessments.

Renolya Valmond received the Principal’s award, a prestigious honour awarded to a student who remains active in school activities. She also received a prize for great performance in Language Arts.

Principal of the Goodwill Primary, Mrs. M Lewis told the graduates that determination surpasses all obstacles.

She used examples of successful men and women who were determined to uplift themselves from poverty and today are now great role models to the world.

Ms. Leah Dodds in her feature address to the students said that correction and discipline are expected from the parents in the right upbringing of their children.

The Goodwill Primary students obtained 5 scholarships and 2 bursaries for the year 2013.
