A well known youngster smashed a bus driver’s vehicle after someone stole his Ipod
Jovin Williams of River Street will have up to December 5th, 2010 to come up with a one thousand dollar fine or could stand the risk of serving six months in prison. Williams found himself in this predicament after pleading guilty to malicious damage at the Roseau Magistrate Court on September 6th, 2010. Reports indicated that he damaged the left and back side door of a bus on September 5th at River Street in the early hours of the morning after someone stole his Ipod and two pairs of Nike sneakers that he recently got for his birthday. He was also ordered to pay the bus driver compensation of $300 while his sentence is coupled with a two-year suspension.
