Bathroad Resident Ordered to Undergo Psychiatric Evaluation
When the charge was read, Francis pleaded guilty.
The facts indicated that the complainant was at the Roseau market when she saw the defendant approaching her.
He then pushed her against the table and fondled her private part, then walked away.
The matter was reported to police officers on patrol in the area and the defendant was taken into custody.
During Court, Francis told Magistrate Bernard Pacquette that he was already a patient at the Acute Psychiatric Unit but admitted that he had not been willingly taking his medication.
Francis will return to Court on 22nd April 2014 for sentencing.
