Commissioning Of Services of New Equipment at Princess Margaret Hospital
The Ministry of Health in its efforts to ensure the continued provision of high standards of health care delivery at the Princess Margaret Hospital, has obtained equipment and supplies totalling E.C Two Million, Six Hundred and Seventy-five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty-Seven Dollars from Government funding.
The equipment includes a Gastroscopy/Colonoscopy system, a Digital Mammogram, a CT scanner and Orthopedic supplies.
The general public should note that the services provided at the Out-patient Department, began on Tuesday 4th February and every Tuesdays clinical consultations will be undertaken.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday, procedures will be undertaken in accordance with individual appointment dates and times.
The services of the Digital Mammogram will commence on Tuesday 11th February, on the ground floor of the refurbished former Acute Psychiatric Unit Building.
Persons holding request cards for mammogram examinations are kindly advised that scheduling of appointments commenced on Monday 10th February, in the Department of Radiology at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
