Frances Fredrick, who is in police custody on charges of man slaughter has been granted bail at $100,000.
Fredrick, who is represented by Mr. Joshua Francis and Mr. Ronald Charles, allegedly stabbed Nixon Francis who later succumbed to the wound to his right shoulder.
She is to report to the Salybia Police Station in the Kalinago Territory every Monday and Friday between 7 am and 7 pm and is to remain in Kalinago Territory.
Miss Fredrick is to inform the police of any change of address and was warned by Magistrate Candia George to avoid committing any other offenses while on bail.
Failure to conform to any condition of bail will result in bail being revoked.
The trail is adjourned to June 13th in Marigot.
