Duo plead guilty to ISSA Trading burglary; charge reduced to theft

Epson Stuart and Kim Mitchel will have to reappear in court on April 7th, for sentencing, after they both pleaded guilty to a joint theft charge.

 

The duo’s charge were re-read to them on March 31st, 2011, after being reduced from burglary to theft.

 

It is alleged that they stole items from Issa Trading and Company Ltd on September 18th, 2008, including a safe, some E.C and U.S dollars, totalling $4938.71.

 

Stuart is being represented by Dawn Yearwood Stuart while Kim Mitchel is being represented by Mrs Dena dyer.
