Final Day of Customer Service “Training of Trainers Course

As the “Training of Trainers” course on customer service came to an end, most of the participants said that they learnt a lot and this will benefit them as well as their organizations.

Administrative Cadet of the Reform Management Unit, Ms. Vern Leslie, says in June 2012, the Government of Dominica signed a contract with Trevor Hamilton and his associates of Jamaica.

Ms. Leslie says this course helps to deliver excellent customer service in various work places, and it also it gives her the chance to pass on what she has learnt to her fellow coworkers and their departments.

She stated that reform in public service plays a major part and change is very important.

Another participant says she has learnt a lot in a short space of time.

She learnt how to relate to the customer as well as learning how to present herself during “public speaking”.

She says this was a well-timed workshop, especially for the public service, due to the amount of complaints received from the individuals.
