Former youth team player, Tariq Morvan, is the only new player, named in the Island’s 20-man unit to participate in the second round of the 2010 Digicel Caribbean Cup Tournament scheduled to kick off in Antigua and Barbuda this week.

According to Head Coach, Kirt Hector, Kelrick Walters was dropped for not strictly adhering to the team’s policies. He has been replaced by Tariq Morvan who had been training with the team for a long time.

Furthermore, Hector expressed his concern for the National Team’s approach against the Cuban Football Team. Dominica will open its campaign on Wednesday against the powerful Cubans and will return on Friday to take on the host Antigua and Barbuda. Their third and last clash will be against Suriname.
