Forty-six Graduate from the Social Centre Model Pre-School
In his address at the Social Centre Model Pre-School yesterday, Dr. Jeffery Blaize, Assistant Chief Education Officer, admonished the parents of the graduates that parenting is a life-long job that requires more than just providing children with the basics.
Forty-six pre-schoolers graduated from the Social Centre Model Pre-School on July 5th, under the theme: ‘Children – Our Future: They Live What They Learn’.
In the school’s report, Assistant Teacher in Charge, Miss Sheron Burton, said that the children had matured in all aspects of life during their time at pre-school. She added that the students were now even able to solve their own problems.
Ms. Burton advised the parents that they should always motivate their children to strive for more than what they have already achieved.
Among the forty-six pre-schoolers, there were twenty-eight male students and only eighteen girls.
