Launch of Queen Show Contestants from St. Joseph and San Sauveur

Representing Good Hope, San Sauveur and Petite Soufriere, Gallion Soufiere and Scotts Head, Ms. Fatima Noel

Two of the 2013 Miss Dominica queen contestants were launched on Sunday November 25th.

The contestants were Ms. Kelsha Breezie of St. Joseph and Ms. Fatima Noel of San Sauveur.

At the first stop in San Sauveur, a huge crowd welcomed Ms. Fatima Noel along with her the other contestants.

Events Coordinator at the DFC, Mrs. Nathalie Clarke Meade, says these launched are very important for the queen contestants to have a network of support and a sense of belonging.

Representing Good Hope, San Sauveur and Petite Soufriere, Gallion Soufiere and Scotts Head, Ms. Fatima Noel is proud to be representing her communities.

Her platform for this Miss Dominica Pageant 2013 will be Paternal Absenteeism.

Representing St. Joseph, Ms. Kelsha Breezie

The train moved on to the village of St. Joseph for the launch of Ms. Kelsha Breezie.

She represents the village of St. Joseph and aspires to be a radiologist. Her platform is breaking psychological poverty.

The parliamentary representatives for both constituencies, the Honourable Kelver Darroux and the Honourable Johnson Drigo, were present to support their contestants.

The other contestants will be launched every week leading up to actual show in February 2013.

The DFC is calling on Dominicans to come and support our fellow Dominicans.
