The Dominica Youth Environmental Organization (DYEO) Inc. remains dedicated to improve the quality of life among youth by facilitating their personal development and promoting their full involvement in all social and physical environment matters.
DYEO continues to be successful in this attempt with its continual involvement in environmental activities such as the 2010 Annual Beach and Waterway Cleanup.
DEYO held its Launching Ceremony of the Dominica Youth Environmental Learning Center for land rehabilitation and stabilization and 2010 annual beach and waterway cleanup certificate presentation on Monday 20th December, at the Public Service Training Center.
Main funding for these projects include the Global Environment Fund (GEF) Small Grant Programme, under the United Nations Development Fund (UNDP).
