‘Once Upon A Carnival’ play described as a success
An appreciative crowd turned out at the Arawak House of Culture on Saturday, January 29th, 2011, to view the play ‘once upon a carnival’, written by an 11 year old, St. Martin’s Primary School student, Giselle Pierre.
Giselle, who has been described as ‘the little girl with the big creative mind’ decided to present the play to the general public, in an effort to raise funds for her costume band ‘fairy tales and story book classics’, which is expected to add color to the streets this carnival season.
Persons who missed the first showing of the play last weekend, will have the opportunity to view it sometime this week at the same venue.
The confirmed date and time of play will be disclosed in a subsequent new item.
