Have a nice day, Your Honour, says Kimon Charles after being fined
Kimon Charles, 23 of Silver Lake pleaded guilty to malicious damage at the Roseau Magistrate Court on Monday October 18th 2010 after he caused damaged to a vehicle belonging to Mr Michael Williams which was parked on the public road at Silver Lake.
When asked by the Magistrate of his occupation, Charles said that he currently out of a job and would prefer to be incurred a fine.
Charles was ordered to compensate Michael Williams $1900 to be paid by December 31st 2010 or in default 6 months imprisonment.
The Magistrate also charged him an additional $1500 for malicious damage which is suspended for 2 years.
