Shannon Joseph is Finally Bailed
Mr. Joseph was charged with Grevious Bodily Harm, after an incident which occurred on August 25th 2012 in Mahaut where he allegedly wounded Mr. Craig Dublin.
He was not required to plea as the charge is an indictable one.
After making a passionate plea, his Attorney Gina Dyer Monroe was able to persuade Magistrate Candia George to grant bail.
However before doing so, she warned Mr. Joseph to behave himself and keep a cool head.
She also stated if he appears before her for any offense his bail will be revoked and he will be remanded at the Stockfarm State Prison.
As part of the conditions of his bail, he was asked to surrender his passport to the court.
He is also required to report to the Roseau Police Station every Monday and Friday between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm.
Magistrate George ordered disclosure in the case to be made by March 31st, while the matter has been adjourned for June 6th.
