St Martin Primary Tops Grade Six National Assessment

breaking-news-april-foolDonyelle Riviere of St. Martin’s Primary School has topped this year’s Grade Six National Assessment.

This year the school received three of the top 5 positions at the assessment.

The results were released at a press conference at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium conference room on June 27, 2014.

Janae Rabess of St. Martin’s Primary came in second, while Aleisha Roberts of the Convent Preparatory School came in fourth.

Other scholars included; Ludovic Robinson of the Roosevelt Douglas Primary and Kelsey Anthony of the St. Martin’s Primary.

Meanwhile, the top performing school was the Concord Primary with three students sitting the exams, followed by the Pioneer Preparatory School with sixteen entries, Lighthouse Christian Academy with three entries and Convent Preparatory with forty-three entries.

St. Martin’s Primary placed fifth overall with 101 entries.

One thousand and sixty-nine (1069) students – 546 females and 523 males – sat the examination on May 29th and 30th, 2014.
