Three Dead in Antigua Plane Crash

On October 7th, a British couple as well as a pilot was killed in a small plane crash at VC Bird International Airport in Antigua.

A nine-seat Britten-Norman Islander aircraft lost height immediately after becoming airborne and crashed to the ground.

The aircraft was apparently carrying one crew and three passengers.

A British couple died in the accident, while the other two people were taken to hospital in critical condition, where the pilot later succumbed to his injuries.
