Tip of the Day: How to Avoid a Runny Stomach

runny stomach1) Ginger (or peppermint) tea - this is often the only thing you can get to settle your stomach.

2) Warm ginger ale – If ginger tea is not your thing, ginger ale will usually do the trick. The bubbles often help, but some people prefer it flat. Either way, don’t go cold.

3) Warm Coke – Not diet, for some reason the sugar and the Coke-ness can often help.

4) Ginger snaps – If your stomach is raw and you’re miserable, ginger snaps can keep your stomach from eating its own lining.
