Tip of the Day: How to Deal with Discrimination

stop discriminationYou will have to put anger aside and think about how you were victimized and whether you are being oversensitive.

Take a minute to think about what you want to say to the individual during a confrontation.

Tell the individual that what they did or said offended you.

If you are unable to confront the individual, tell a manager or authoritative figure quickly.

If the problem is recurring, keep a log of all the instances where the individual offended you.
