Mr. Ivan Fontaine, WEL Graduate 2012, says habits such as being punctual, on time, disciplined are those that will help them succeed in business.

He says the WEL program is essential for anyone wishing to start a business or those who are interested in keeping the economy going.

The Keynote Speaker for the graduation ceremony was Mr. Allen Chastanet a former Minister of Tourism in St. Lucia, and Chairman of Coco Plam Hotel.

In his life he has had incredible stories of business at its best and ways that one can overcome the odds and work hard at what they do with a successful business plan.
