Wesley Man Dead Following Domestic Dispute

Police-Tape-do-not-crossInvestigations are ongoing into the death of 78 year old Julien Hypolite of Wesley, who died at his residence following a domestic dispute.

According to a report by Police Public Relations Officer, John Carbon, Hypolite had just finished arguing with his wife, when he fell on the porch of his house and sustained an injury to the back of his head about 8.30 a.m. on May 15th 2014.

His body was pronounced dead at the scene by the district medical officer. A coroner’s inquest has convened and a post mortem will follow.

The wife was held in police custody to assist with the investigation.
