The St. Paul and St. Ann’s Parish began Holy Week by hosting the 27th World Youth Day on Saturday, 31st March, 2012.
The day commenced with a National Youth Rally, at Teza grounds in Mahaut.
Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs, Hon. Justina Charles says, our level of conversation should inspire others.
Ms. Charles believes our words should be the motivating factor for our peers.
In addition, she says we should not join those who retard their developments by spending the greater part of their lives complaining.
Father Franklyn Cuffy says Alcohol has become a terrible habit for our citizens, particularly the young people.
Father Cuffy believes we need to take action and put a stop to this drinking habit.
He says this is destroying our community and the success of our generation.
